Mix of short and long sleeve "wicking" running tops
Thin warm mid layer mid layer jacket - fleece or similar
Running waterproof jacket - with built in hood
Running waterproof trousers
Sun hat - peaked
Sunglasses
Sun cream
To carry outdoors
Small bum bag or backpack - big enough to comfortably run in with spare kit and essentials in
Small personal foot care and 1st aid kit - blister patches / zinc oxide tape, tubular bandage ect
Water bottle / bladder system
Personal snacks / sweets
